Nice effort with the list. Would encourage everyone to test these and build their own. As dofollow blogs are often becoming nofollow due to spam levels so sites and blogs constantly change their policies, still a few gems here though.

I appreciate your efforts but what i found in 90% cases that in title everyone mention that 1000 or 700 or 2000 do follow blogs but in when we start commenting the most of them are zero pr if they are high pr then those blog becomes nofollow and very few blogs are do follow which are non relevant so what i want is give us 50 blogs but good and dofollow that willl be good enough for us to look.

True but original lists not spammed cost you money. I purchased some time ago a blog`s list from freelancer.com ,blogs without spam who helped me to increase my website page rank. I dont mind if the list will be public published sooner or later cause if i continue to update my site with fresh content i will keep my PR.
