Suggestion for oneway links?

Oneway links are best but it is hard to aquire.Suggest me please that how i can get oneway links?

As much as i wanted to add, I think leftybogs mentioned all the things that needs to be consider in doing one way link exchange above.. Anyway, you also need to consider the time of waiting to other directories especially now free listing directories will approved your site usually it takes 3-4 weeks.. So the time consuming to have a one way link to directories is a bit long.. The best method here is forum posting attached your keyword as your anchor text.. Natural way like in forums.. Don't just say anything unrelated and or just agree and the like just to drop links.. be sure to participate with the said topic..

Link Baiting is very effective way to build links where you are bringing the links to you through unique and popular site content.
Content is gold. If you are focused on something unique on your site people will love it and link to you.
Later you can start with other technique as soc. bookmarkings, articles, directory etc....
