I tried web link directory submission but the backlinks doesn't show in yahoo site explorer. Is it any good?

Right now i am concentrating on social bookmarking, social communities and forum postings for traffic generation and backlinking.

This year i am also planning to introduce vedio marketing and submissions in CarnivalBlogs for better visibility of my sites.

I hope these sources also proves helpful to my site.

Among those list working with Forum, article dir, and bookmarking is mre effective and simple too. Directory submission is simple but not much use. I submitted to many dir, all are providing links. But unfortunately many is approved and no BL from it

Good list, I think this forum covers almost all. Keep in mind any tv, radio, or newspaper listing will turn into links to your site on the internet and can really add up if the add sticks.
