Can anyone tell me how to submit a site map to yahoo?

Also, is it submitted in txt or xml format?

That is the name/format generated when you select .txt format at xml-sitemaps.com

Someone advised me:

"As far as I know you can use either just a plain text list of urls for Yahoo! or you can use the same xml sitemap the other engines are using. All of the majors signed on to the Sitemaps.org protocols and agreed to support them. So Y! should be fine with the xml version if you already have that constructed. No need to do it twice. "

So I can use xml for a Yahoo Sitemap?

i think sitemap is better , you can use it for both yahoo and google.

Also you can submit RSS Feeds to Yahoo, here's the lists:

You can provide us a feed in the following supported formats. We do recognize files with a .gz extension as compressed files and will decompress them before parsing.

* RSS 0.9, RSS 1.0 or RSS 2.0, for example, CNN Top Stories
* Sitemaps, as documented on www.sitemaps.org
* Atom 0.3, Atom 1.0, for example, Yahoo! Search Blog
* A text file containing a list of URLs, each URL at the start of a new line. The filename of the URL list file must be urllist.txt; for a compressed file the name must be urllist.txt.gz.
