Well, just used the seoheap backlink checker and I think its a good tool.
I tried SEOmoz tool but it makes my browser really bad in loading pages. The tools I'm currently using are:

SEOpen
fireform
quirk search status
toogle serp
informenter
woorank
Pagerank and Alexarank

I'm using this in my firefox browser. May I know the tools used in Google Chrome? Am not really familiar with chrome tools.

There are thousands of SEO tools available that are used in SEO. You need to define that for what purpose need a SEO tool. Like: If you want to check PR and other basic statics of site than you can use Search status.

I would personally recommend SEMRush. I can easily analyze my websites from it. It is absolutely essential on a daily basis.
