As long as you keep uploading fresh content to your website.Google search spiders love fresh content and will cache your site regularly.

Goole search engines are constantly changing their crawl priorities. Crawl too deeply and get many low quality pages while increasing indexing time. Crawl too shallow and you don't get down to the relevant pages. Crawl depth is a balancing act.

There is no way to ensure all pages get and stay indexed...they change their crawl priorities constantly. So you can only set your website up to make it as crawler friendly as possible.

I think google is only showing the most recent indexed page, the other remaining page was on their archive. That's only my theory, what do you think.

loading of your page is one factor in crawling sites... if its very long loading time,, crawlers will leave your site...

The more popular your site is, the more often and deeper the crawlers will spider your site. Bear in mind that search engines follow links, so the more back links in popular sites that you have, the more often the crawlers will land on your site

Joining in forum discussion and putting your unindexed page on your signature can also help. Just don't spam the forum with nonsense post.

I will say more pr you got more quicker to be index all pages. Simple and straight. It all depends on crawl rate setting. Higher the pr higher will be the crawl rate.
