Its really hard to get link to a DMoz why don't you try to find another site same as DMOZ.

Yes, you are right its very hard to get listed in DMOZ but once you get listed you can see the effect. it is very good for your site if you get listings in DMOZ.

You misunderstood his post he's talking of different directory it's dmozwebdirectory.com and he's promoting it.
