A bounce occurs when a web site visitor leaves a page or a site without visiting any other pages before a specified session-timeout occurs.

It is important to look at the bounce rate for individual keywords on your site, not just the overall rate for your site. This is easy to do with google analytics.

They can also visit one other page on your site but if they don't stay on a page for at least 10 seconds thenb it is considetred a bounce.
