Aside from this 4 steps in build back links (Social Bookmarking,Comments, Forums and Directory Submission) could you give me some other step or ways on how to build bank links?

Join a couple of social networking sites, for e.g. myspace, hi5 etc. Ask all your friends to link to your site. They may be glad to do so.
