You can register to google webmaster tool to track your exact backlinks on google.

Although I'm not a fan of all-in-one SEO software, Web CEO is quite good for listing the backlinks of domains, and allows a side-by-side comparison with your competitors and the source of their backlinks.

For me it's SEO SpyGlass. It allows you to look at a lot of the data in the links - such as PR and stuff. But I also use the search operator linkdomain:domainname.com -site:domainname.com at Yahoo too.

Google webmaster tool And yahoo Explorer ...Both are great tools ... But Remember yahoo Both search engines have different Algorithm So Maybe you will see huge different between both analytic

Using tool may give you an accurate result try manual checking.
