my dear friends i know that my question is very silly but i not know so i am ask this question if u know plz tell me right way answer.

why should we create Rss.xml file for a site. what does we useful of it and how to create this file and can tell me and provide the use full details

You can also submit your rss feed to rss directories. That's an good way to get backlinks.

RSS Feed is just an XML file on your web server. You update this file as your information updates.

It is very good to have rss feed of your website or blog. You can get too many visitors as it will be easy for visitors to view lastest post or information on your website. However you can submit it in various directory and can get more visitors from there too. I found this always helpful for my blog as i am updating it daily.
