You can find relevant sites by using this query "site:.nl + travel" and then you can ask them for link exchange partnership in order to have relevant and quality backlinks. You can also join relevant forums which are based on your target region.

hey friend chk your competitors back link and try to exchange link with them. analyze your competitors websites and then make link exchange request with them. or try to make link exchange with high page rank websites.

Use the google command
related:www.mysite.com.This will list all the businesses that relates to yours.Ask them from reciprocal link exchange and backlinks.

If you have backlinks from your related business having high PR then this implies that there is a vote for you in this particular business area.

Try to opt for the page(for backlink) that contains lesser number of outgoing link.
These tips will really work great.
