Is it just me or does Microsoft's newly rebranded search engine: "Bing" lacking in the sole thing it is suppose to be good at: Searching. Sure it looks pretty in areas but come on after all these constant rebranding you'd think that they would put time into the search algorithms. I was doing more tests on the new thing and it just sux. Hey Microsoft, spend more time on the Bang and less time on the Bling.
its bing guys, Microsoft make another search engines ( or rename them previous engines live to bing ) and believe me its another big faultier from Microsoft

Bing uses page factoring while Google uses PageRank. I think both have almost similar algorithms but Google is stricter with regards to quality backlinks...
just my observation though... i am not an expert.. =)
I saw bing and listen in some forums that its good for image search and also working faster than live but i did not check it till now, because i am completely googler till now

Is the changing of Microsoft Live Search to Bing simply a change of a name, similar to when MSN's search engine first changed to Live Search? Or is there something more to this change? Skeptics will tell you that it is just another case of Microsoft rebranding of something that that is not working as well as it had hoped. Microsoft and Bing's fans will tell you that the change to Bing is something more. Who is right? Most likely everybody is on to something.
Talking about friendly competition with Bing and Google. Let's see which search engine will be popular to users years from now.
Will it be still Google?!
