I would suggest you to check the KEI of these keywords and choose the one which has less KEI. It is the keyword effective Index. It is calculated by dividing no. of times a keyword is searched up on number of results.

Use Adword to find these numbers

I didn’t ask the question, but thanks for the great tips. I have just been performing searches on Wordtracker’s free tool and mixing it up between a few popular keywords and less popular ones. I love this forum; I am learning so much!

Play around with the adwords tool. Also use wordtracker keyword selection tool.

Longer tail keywords are where its at now.

Use the Google keyword suggestion tool to know which keywords have good search volume. "Asian Food" is a way too competitive keyword. You'll have a hard time optimizing your site using that keyword.

I would suggest nice Asian food. But don't forget to check the keyword effective Index of both selected keyword phrases. If you are in catering field, give a though for 'get Asian food'.

Choose both competitive and less competitive keywords. That way, you'll get a better chance of getting good ranking in Google.
