Postby roxxy » Tue Jul 25, 2006 2:35 pm

You may have a site that is not getting target level visitors. In this situation you may take many steps to get target level visitors to you site. Your site may not be accurately optimized so you should follow some SEO tips to get enough visitor cause most of the traffic comes through search engines if search engine does not like your site then how could expect enough traffic. You may submit your site to many directories specially in DMOZ and to search engines. Your site have enough content that can enforce your visiters to turn back to your site and make then a regular visitor. You site should be updated frequently to get old visitor back.

If your site is not getting more visitors then submit your site in directories, optimize your site properly, use targeted keywords in your content, update content regularly & try to get more quality links from relevant sites. All these points will help you in getting more visitors.

Producing quality content will (over time) get people to naturally link to you.

One thing I learned the hard way is that you can't rely on your web hosting provider to tell you when your site is down. Minimizing down time can be helped with the use of site monitoring software and services.

And the most important thing your webiste should have lots of quality incoming links, one way links are much more better than two way links.
I agree . Content will bring vistors but its slower.

Content is king in SEO. If you post quality contents in your site, people will link you naturally.

Then if you're having a low traffic response, you should work out on the following:

-review your site and write down all possibilities why you are receiving poor traffic conversions
-start analyzing your targeted keywords
-double check the link building activities you're working with
-choose only relevant and quality sites when submitting
-don't forget to participate in different social networks to promote your site

Content is king as long as you have enough backlinks to show your awesome content to people. You always need some boosts or do some seo at the begining or you'll never develop backlinks naturally. Just my 2 cents.
