So who really cares if they change their home page? There are lot of other things to worry about than looking up on their home page everyday and observe any changes... :)

I have 2 page rank checkers and I don't notice some changes on the PR of Google. Try to refresh your page rank checker or toolbar.

However often it changes it's home page, it will always stay as Google, the currently best search engine. Try to notice Bing, it always changes it's design everyday (though it is only on the wallpaper).
