Google PR is not directly proportional to traffic, it only measure backlinks.

Page Rank have no direct relation with rankings, rankings are based on many SEO factors. Even low PR sites ranks well as compared to high PR sites in same niche

PR and traffic don't have direct relations towards their rankings, there are low or PR0 sites that has top rankings and getting good traffic.

No Pr is not directly proportional to traffic, Traffic means visit by search engine, visitors on particular site.

I think that PR is not directly proportional to the traffic. PR is dependent on various factors like the loading of site etc. But yes if you get huge traffic, you may get an extra point for that.
