There are many options to get back links by doing black hat SEO but this is not a tall acceptable by the Google and that's why the back links get by black hat SEO are not considered as quality links.

First five are correct but i am not agree with sixth one. Long term back comment means? You can maintain link is bad reputed forums...forum9,digiatlbhoomi,9mb these are the forums which are never going to delete. that not mean the comment on this forums are consider as Quality Backlink.
