Digg and delicious at 8$? Are you insane?
For one, I NEVER trust Indian SEO people, they have always screwed me over. Secondly, any competent SEO person knows social bookmarking doesn't bring in much traffic. Anyone can make a few hundred digg and delicious (as well as many other like mister-wong, folkd, and stumbleupon) by themselves. This is ridiculous.
Don't give this person business anyone.
