Automatic SEO and Link Building Service

Have you ever tried to get ranked by linklifting? Its an Automatic SEO and Link Building tool. I am thinking to try this for my site ranking. I have read their faq: https://linklifting.com/faq/
Its quite interesting but I am not sure about their services. I need fast ranking within 2 or three weeks. If I get penalized after a month its not a problem for me. New suggestions are welcome. Please let me know your thoughts.
