Normally, your homepage gets a higher page rank than other pages. Anyway, just submit some of the other pages to search engines and see how it works. And also create a site map and upload it to your root directory. This will help the search engine crawler to find out all the links (urls) in your site.

There are a couple of ways to do this
1. Interlink all your web pages to eachother and then manually submit your homepage to the search engines
2.Place the link of your homepage on a website that get spidered daily by the search engines. The bots will crawl all your linked pages.
3. Create a sitemap and submit it to Google sitemaps.

If you want more info check the following link

There is no need to submit internal pages to SEs.You can interlink all pages it will reduce pagerank difference.
