what is the difference b/w white hat and black hat? anybody tell me and how can we use?

white hat is the techniques of search engine optimization in which SEO rules follow but in black hat techniques no seo rules follows.

Well, white hat optimization is a technique that uses ethical manner and follow Google guidelines while black hat is the counterpart of white hat, it uses unethical manner and doesn't follow any Google guidelines.

First of all White hats SEo is good. Don't try for Black hats seo !!
