I think you are using a CMS system for your site. If you want to promote your site, you have to get a higher position in search engines. To do that you have to optimize your site. I know, it's not easy to optimize a site which is totally dynamic. You will have to use some programming skills to do that.

if you are looking to promote a dynamic website you should be able to find loads of info about it in these forums, but a couple of the basics are:

- have a url re-write - the searchs engine favour static urls over dynamic so use an apache re-write (i think, i have to get the development dept to do these things for me) to make the urls static. Try to make the urls optimised at the same time by using keywords in them if you can.

- have descriptions attached to products - even if your site is dynamic, you should still have descriptions with your products. These will get indexed once you have a url re-write so make sure they are optimised (but not keyword stuffed)

- create optimised articles and other content that you can put on static pages. Then submit these pages to directories and viral mediums etc.

You can promote it but the best way to promote a dynamic site is to eliminate all session ids and your URL must be clean, like the url structure of an HTML.

convert all dynamic url to static url and submit pages to different search engines.

How you can eliminate all session ids if you have a shopping cart. The whole point of keeping track for the order placed is to use session id.
And it's easy to say "your URL must be clean, like the url structure of an HTML". It's much easyer to write a new HTML page than to convert dynamic page into HTML. Too much to elimotate.

But as far as promotion for dynamic website is concern, you stiil can use basic technics that you use for any other website. Beside optimization, there are lots of things to do for promotion. Promotion by itself means - bring your site to your visitors. So, you should participate in the forums with your site signature, wright articles, so people can see your content, exchange links, post your link in multiple directories. There are lots of payable services, like PPC etc. IMO.

You just optimize your site and promote just like any other site.

you can also try promoting through social networking, facebook and twitter are now widely used for site promotions.

Don't be so choosy. Just promote the way you promote the other website. You will get the same response.

if there is url dynamic try to it static one so that google can recognize it with keyword.
