My Site is facing a strange problem these days as my backlinks are increasing but the rankings in ALEXA are droping i am not using spam anywhere nor i am linking to adult sites .please check and ass the problem

It's normal. Alexa rank is affected by users who installed Alexa bar, but backlinks affect PR value and SERP of search engine.

I want to ask is this because my backlins are developing very fast ?

i mean 100 per day

increasing backlinks is normal (maybe you are promoting/submitting/putting on sig your site)

i've read before that alexa ranking can be edited, never mind that...

the most important is your traffic, is it also decreasing?

No my traffic is almost same but some times now some of my keywords fluctuate in positions too like sometimes the keyword gets #1 postion in google but other time i cannt see it in the first 10 pages and then the traffic drops. why is this so?

don't rely on alexa ranking, your actual traffic says it all...

you are experiencing google dance (it's normal now) or getting results from different data centers, better keep those strong quality backlinks coming to your site plus study how to get rid off supplemental results

Thanks to all of you for your posts.Today one of my keywords is back on track and now i think that it was google dance.

alexa is a kind of reference tool - the google ranking is more important and the most important is your business. if your alexa is 1000, lets say, but you still have little business then what you would choose?

I don't relay on Alexa at all if you want to improve your Alexa post at yahoo groups.
