Keyword proximity can be defined as the closeness of keywords to each other. Generally keyword proximity helps keywords to get in a bundle. This thing is done by removing fillers words like and, the, your etc. For more information you can also visit a blog, as this blog explain you all things in detail. Keyword proximity refers to the closeness between two or more keywords. In general, the closer the keywords are, the better.

Hi.. Guy's.
Nice to see you again.
In my opinion Keyword proximity is the combination of the density of a keyword and the prominence. So proximity looks at the location of the keyword in the sentence and how often it's being used in that sentence and also takes into account the distance between them.
Thanks.

Keyword Proximity - In simple terms we can say that hoe close keywords are together so if you search for 'Footwear Online' then the website which is optimised for 'Buy Footwear Online' will outrank one optimised for 'Footwear Online for Sale'

For more details you can search internet and find more details! :)
