Install Alexa toolbar in your browser (in which you access your site). That will help you to reduce alexa ranking but honestly speaking nobody cares for Alexa ranking as it's very easy to manipulate and also it doesn't provide accurate measure.

Increase traffic to your website, decrease your bounce rate, install alexa toolbar, write reviews about your service.
