PR is only a part of SEO.. so you can't compare it....

SEO as a whole is important. PR is just a minor aspect of SEO, and it's not that essential. You should focus on having a good site ranking and traffic.

I agree with you - SEO is entire process while PR is a small feature of it.

Seo is most important thing. seo or page rank is both are different.if u do seo for a site then your Pr will also automatically increase.
