Try to submit it to already crawled or indexed sites..

Forum postings especially on forums that SEs crawls frequently.. Surely it will be indexed in no time...

make sure you have unique title, description and content because search engines hate duplicate issues and no longer indexed your site.

leftybogs is right. creation of sitemap will help your site indexed faster because it help google bot find pages of your site.

just update your site regularly, continues link building campaign and why don't you try to create a blog..this might help your site indexed faster..

If you have quality backlinks from related sites especially when you have alot of them then you will not have any problem in rankings and of course your PR will also benefit from it!
