guys how thus a keyword help in optimizing the pages and how can I choose the right keyword for my niche??thanks guys...

I'm pretty sure that you know well how to do SEO so i'll just share the things that I usually do in that particular case.

first, Site Analysis - knowing the field/theme/category of the site gives me more ideas about the possible KWs to target

then, I try to search some competitors to check the KWs they use that might be good for the site that i'm trying to optimize

After listing down possible terms, I do KW analysis to check the stats of each terms and sort out the KWs that are most active
