I don't agree. You can be indexed fast without submitting your site to SEs...

You don't have to submit your website to be indexed. The first thing you should start doing when you developed your site is to build your backlinks. Exchange links, submit your site to the relevant directories, etc. Then search engines will notice your site without submission.
