New Backlinking Ideas

I do good at engines for keyword phrases. I own 19 websites. Most of them are gaming portals. My favorite website, that I own, is an Organic Search Engine Optimization resource.
I know how to get new backlinks efficiently, that's what I do with effort. Acquiring a backlink takes me about 10 to 15 minutes, on average. Because I am experienced with getting new backlinks, it is easy to do.
One of the things I look for are the nofollow attribute in other links on the webpage that I want to add my link to. Another thing I look for is the amount of links on the page, I'll avoid a link swap when a webpage has over 100 links and is Google PR 0.
Question: How much Effort do you give when it comes time to acquire new backlinks?

I guess I'm giving 80 percent of my effort when gaining backlinks.. the rest, I used it for learning new tactics about SEO as well as writing some articles related to my handled site..

That's interesting, 10 - 15 minutes spend to build links. Wondering how many backlinks the person can build for such a short term, especially when to look through the source code searching for <nofollow> attribute, and also to check PR of the potential link.
I can tell you, it takes me big efforts to find the right site to link. May be I am doing it the wrong way, but it takes me a time to find relevant site to link, and of course posting the link by itself take some time. So it takes me longer than 10 - 15 minutes per day to build my links.
Have a great day

getting backlinks is time-consuming and annoying!
i really like directory submissions and article marketing is cool if you can write a lot of articles
i stay away from programs like text-link-ads, too risky

getting backlinks takes time depending how you do your site and how it acquires backlinks and also it depends on how your offpage promotions are going well.

I addition, combination of on-page and off-page optimization is the best!
All factors must be considered and if ever you forgot one, it may take you to be the no.2 not no.1!

Just building backlinks is NOT the way to increase your SERPs. Yes - it is part of it, but just one part. You have to work both on-page and off-page.

Really getting backlinks is time-consuming process and the result is also not so fruitful...
Directory submissions and article promotion are much better ideas for getting some popularity...
Also do not perform Link Exchange...

This is something I've had a real problem with. It's hard to find sites that are relevant to my industry and get quality backlinks from them.
