Are you sure you really need that robots.txt file?
Robots.txt file is necessary only if you need to restrict some of your web pages to be accessed by the robots/search engines.

You also ask how to increase your traffic. That's not a simple task. There are lots of technics you have to use in order to get traffic, especially targetted traffic. First you have to start your site promotion. Participate in the forums with your link signature, post your links with your site description into the other relevant web resources (directories, relevant sites, etc), write some articles with your link, social bookmarking, and many other things. If you want to ask anything specifically, please feel free to do that.

Have a great day

To increase traffic to your website start doing the Link Building strategy which includes Directory Submissions, Social Bookmarkings, blog commenting etc.,
