I want to know whether one way link is fruitful or not??
If yes, then please give me suggestion from where I can get One way Links.

Yes it is, if you're promoting a real business and not some kind of made-for-adsense type of site, an example of one way link is signature link in forums.

For contactofindia, the answer in your question is yes, one way link gives your site a big benefit because SE's rankings depends on the votes for that site. The more quality votes, the higher you rank.
And I think the forums sigs will help but if it is a no-follow sig then it has no effect in google rankings.

One-way quality links are the best type of links for your site for it strengthens your page as well as your KWs.
Link baiting or creating good content is one of the effective ways in getting 1-way links though this is the hardest thing to do

Echoing other answers, one-way link is the best link among the all types of link. Directory Submission is a great source of one way link.

Try to get listing of your website with the similar websites of ur theme...submit to directories & forums....

Today many forums is dofollow so what can you do with that I think link exchange is much better now.
