PR depends on the quality of inbound links, choose quality link partners, minimize reciprocal linking and prioritize One-way links.

the keyword is QUALITY links... Google and other search engines give way more link juice to quality links than crap links.

PR increases on two factors :
1. backlinks from web sites with higher PR (quality links : static descriptive text - at least)
2. how old is your site (Google loves old sites)

It's easy, just continuously add some good contents and get even few but high PR links, you should get at least PR2 on next update.

Don't bother yourself on gaining PR, sooner you will have PR once you get backlinks in google but for know just keep on finding getting relevant to links to improved SERPmartha4m wrote:HI,

just do with Website popularity..
submite your site in do followforum websites,blof and comment...
you will get good BL and you get good pr ...short period of time

Good and quality backlinks can improve your pr for the next pr update of the google.
