I want to keep different Titles, Kyewords on all pages.
Is it ok??

you can make different title & description of your site each page.this is right way to do onpage optimization.

It's not only indicated : it's the correct way .

Every page should have different title, different description metatag, different keywords target.

It is ok as long as you don't do a duplicate content and it is a better idea to promote easily your site by doing this thing

absolutely!!! you are right always set title as per page definition and same as keywords, description, H1,H2...etc this is good thing
