There is no any rule or software to trace out spammy backlink. You have to find out by reviewing yourself from the backlink sheet which you maintain as a record of backlinks.

Firstly, you have to understand what is backlink simply, if you drop your link to any other website then you get a link that is called a backlink. so if you use any spamming content or fake things or copied content then that backlink is called spamming backlink.

First of all you have to know that what is a backlink. When you drop your websites link to any other website then you will get backlinks for your website. and if you use any copied or spammy things on your backlink then your backlink is considered an ad spammy backlink so try to use fresh and natural content.
