I have a new website and that does not optimize by Search Engine Optimization.What is the basic things of SEO to the new website?

As you are new to SEO so firstly you have to start with easy techniques. You have to do on page optimization first, then you can go for off page optimization. Use good white hat off page optimization techniques only. Now a days social networking sites are also used for SEO process. You can use them for promotion of your website, use some popular social networking sites as Facebook, twitter, google plus etc......

Create a forum account relate to your website or the topic in your website create a pinterest business account. Blog commenting is one of the effective strategy when it comes to this industry.
You must be a hard working, patient is the key to success.

I'll go a bit more into details here on how you can do KEYWORD RESEARCH :-

1. Determine what your site is about and list out it's main services and features.
2. Search for those keywords and look at the sites that show up. They are your competitors. Look at the page source and see the keywords they are using.
3. You can then use KEYWORD PLANNER by Google and find out the competition and make your keywords better.

Next you'll need to optimize your webpage itself by doing On-Page SEO and making your page search engine friendly. You can do that like so :-

1. Optimize your title and make sure to use keywords and keep it short and simple.

2. Make sure to use heading tags which have those keywords and include the keywords in the content too. Frankly, it doesn't matter what the keyword density is, as long as you are not KEYWORD STUFFING.

3. Use proper words on the alt attribute in the images. This will help you rank better.

4. Avoid using too much graphics and scripts as it slows down the page.
