what time sould i create backlink ?

Hi, dear, i create new blog since 1 febrary and i posted there 20 articles but i don't create backlink for my website . i need some advices about backlink and how time should i do backlink and how much can i make per day ?

The only way to get your website to the top is by creating good quality backlinks, there are many strategy and techniques of seo for building backlinks.
