Social media sites are huge source for traffic. Many sites provide no follow backlinks. But is there any social media site available which can give traffic as well as quality do follow backlinks to our websites?

Social media marketing is exactly that marketing not really a source of back links, some do allow back links, some are specifically no follow such as Facebook, Twitter. Reason being - the links from some power players are "no follow" is to protect against spammers.
That being said,
Don't over look the power of social signals and engaging in social media, it can drive masses of traffic to your site which in many cases can be more valuable than a back link. Google plus 1's are huge in 2014, and engaging in Google Plus as a whole.
Seriously you need to be doing this for your business and your clients.
However,
Some of these below will count as quality links, but you need to spend time creating them, fully with quality content and engaging.
1- Google Places (link in your profile and business listing are follow links)
2- YouTube (only profile link is follow link, still a follow link though!)
3- LinkedIn (using the "other" tab you can create custom anchor text with a link back to your site, and "your websites")
4- Yelp (profile link is a follow, comments are a no follow)
5- StumbleUpon (all submitted links are follows)
6- Reddit (quality, unique articles submitted to Reddit with linked keyword anchor text are still "follow" links)
7- DotPotch (quality, unique articles submitted with linked keyword anchor text are still "follow" links)
8- Digg (quality unique articles submitted to Digg with linked keyword anchor text are still "follow" links)
9- Footsquare (link of your account is "follow" link)
10- HubPages (again links in articles, unique and quality are follow links)
11- Squidoo (again links in articles, unique and quality are follow links)
Be warned though don't just go running right in, all this takes time and effort and all profiles, especially Hub Pages and Squiddo type set ups need to be fully completed or within a few weeks will be deleted.

Link building is an important part activities you have to do to maximize the SEO for your website. Because the vast majority of social media provides the no follow links. It is important to concentrate on the social media sites which provides only the dofollow links. These sites are:-

It's 2018, and when it comes to backlinks, think about guest posts, not social media sites
