Hitwise or Wordtracker would probably be your best bet, use wordtracker, but have heard hitwise is pretty good.

You can use both Google Analytics and Stat Counter. The results are little different but quite useful to analyze your website.

I'm confused with this. Are you asking for a tool for keyword research? or a tool to check your site visitors through searches of keywords? If it is the latter, then Analytics is your best choice to check website traffic and performance.

Google analytics and Stat counter are running in competition. You can have look on both of them. Both can help to capture the traffic and keyword phrase which hits your sites traffic..
