Why my website keyword ranking is drooping..?

Can anybody suggest me why my ranking is dropping.?Because before that it was on good position but right now its drooping. I can understand what is happening.

There was a recent update that seemed to jumble the search results around a bit, try to wait it out and see if anything goes back before doing anything major.

No one can tell the exact reason of dropping ranking but it could be because of the given reasons.
Change in the Search Engine Ranking Algorithm
Loss of PageRank/Link Popularity
Malware or Hacking
Duplicate Content and some other problems.

Most of the time when the website get hacked we need to work on it some time our computer get hacked by hacker so we need to be careful
