Since yesterday google uses a new way to rank mobile websites:

Has anybodies rank changed since?
For myself there is no change at all

Yes, if your website is not mobile friendly, then it will affect your rank or search appearance.

Mobile Friendly Google search affects on mobile devices not on desktop and tablet.
See your website in mobile, is it working properly on mobile devices?
It is good, if your website is mobile friendly.
