Some search engine still do follow nofoolow links only google does not and therefore will not pass PR juice, then nofollow link is still good for human traffic. If you comment on a blog with nofollow attribute their is still chance of gaining more exposure for your site ie traffic purpose.

Plz advice me
The use of a nofollow link is for the site that has the link to avoid passing along any of it's prestige to the site that it is linking to. This prestige or "Page Rank" is lost when you have too many outgoing links on a certain site. There are certain search engines that do follow these links. I am told that ask . com is one.

Hi,
no-follow attribute doesn't pass link juice so you won't get benefit of backlink and PR. However, if you comment on high traffic blog which nofollow there are better chances to bring good traffic to your website. So I would suggest that if blog or forums are nofollow but getting high traffic, then go with it and make relevant and quality posts over there.
