SEO is the process of optimizing your websiteand acquiring links to your website to obtain traffic. PPC is online advertising that brings traffic. SEO costs up front and is a process that takes time. PPC costs per click and can bring traffic immediately.

PPC can be very expensive. SEO can be free if you do it yourself. PPC stops when you stop paying and SEO can go on for years getting you free traffic

SEO marketing is organic, free and it takes time before you see if your campaign is indeed successful. PPC, on the other hand, is paid but you can see results in terms of traffic immediately.
well both are good at their place

Organic seo is the best for long term but needs time and patience but PPC is short term, expensive but instant result giving tool. you can select any on the basis of your requirement.

SEO includes your organic search engine ranking not the traffic. Includes on page optimization, off page optimization, competitor analysis....... etc
PPC (Pay per Click) is a pricing model that guarantees that your website will appear in list of results for a search Keywords that have been specified by you, and when a potential customer clicks on advert and goes through to website you have to pay an agreed amount, each time their advertisement is "clicked". SEO is better then PPC

The big difference between the two is SEO has lower cost but satisfying and long term results if done well, while PPC are pay per click meaning if you no longer have money, then traffic will also stop..

Organic SEO as an internet marketing strategy requires patience, but the rewards are plentiful. Organic optimization is not the first choice for many (depending on the brand and business model) but it does have inherent benefits that are unparalleled by sponsored or paid advertising tactics. The benefits and results last for longer period.
While a PPC campaign can deliver leads with relative ease, it can be a big money drain and has no real longevity -- once you stop shelling out the cash, the website traffic goes away. SEO and link building require a lot more creative effort, but can have more sustainable results. It also allows a business to target a larger base of users, as most studies reveal that 75 - 80% of searchers click on organic listings as opposed to paid listings.

Both of them are really useful. SEO is for search-related while PPC are related to advertising and publishing. But still one thing in common, both of them are generating traffic to the visitors.

Hi,
I think both organic seo and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns have their respective places of importance. PPC (Pay Per Click) is like purchasing visitors or “clicks” from a search engine, this is called “pay-per-click” (PPC) search engine advertising (or PPCSE). Its an easy and quick way to get top on listing.“Organic” or “Natural” search engine optimization (SEO) is accomplished by optimizing your web pages and by increasing your “link popularity”.
For your next question It should be a mixture of both the methods. As a short term strategy pay per click gives you the clear advantage over SEO. It’s better to use your PPC campaign in the beginning so that your online presence gets relevant traffic from day one. But, the disadvantage is the cost involved. You should target the least competitive expressions and start getting traffic for them. In the mean time you can continue your organic SEO efforts. When you feel you are getting good traffic due to organic SEO, you can stop bidding for your keywords.
Thanks.
