Hi,
Can any search engine give the guarantee of number one position of the website in rankings?

I don't think any search engine gives such kind og gurantee. But you need to wok hard on Google for this, your site can rank well in good position but nobody can tell perfect time. It depends upon your hard work. It can take few months or a year too.

there is no way to guarantee the top spot but if you work hard enough on seo and promotion, you could achieve top rankings in search engines. also, if you use PPC, you have a good chance of being the top rank but it is different from organic results.

People claiming to represent search engines are always calling me and promising that they can put me at the top for certain key words for $50 per month but I don't know if there is any truth in that. Personally, I think it is just a farce.

SEO guarantees shouldn't be paid attention to. Listen to the company's tactics then see if they coincide with the best posts on this forum.

no chance. but can be if you are ready to pay higher amount in affiliate program. guaranty will be for first page not in #1 but it could be. affiliate is paid service to get high position in search engine to drive direct and immediate traffic from search engine. and search engine always fair about affiliate programs they play diplomatic approach to rank your website in search result.

Legitimate SEO companies generally do not give such guarantee #1 placement. at the most, they can guarantee you of presence on first page of google. That is also not easy for competitive terms.

Even highly reputable seo companies don't give such a claim as guarantee ranking. If there is such an instance, it is definitely a fake.

no can give guarantee except google itself. So better try to convince google your problem will be solve. however there are many tricks by which we can rank 1st in google but again that's sure that no guarantee for stability is there.

No one can give a guarantee. Every search engine has own mechanizm and need own SEO steps.
