We use both Google analytics and StatCounter (StatCounter.com) because they have unique capabilities that make them both worth the effort of installation.

google analytics will not help you to increase your business it will help you to track your website. you can analyze you website very well. you can get information about :- how many visitors coming to your website, from where, time they are spending on your website, information about new visitors, used search engines, browsers to view your website, keywords used to get your website etc.

Analytics is awesome. It has helped me sooooo much. I use adwords along with it and they are very powerful together.
