Your site is good designed. And I think it'll have a good web traffic.
i have one queston about breadcrumbs. Why do you place breadcrumbs below. It's not useful for users?

The loading time of your site is way too slow. Not good for visitors. The flash looks good, but it's not that seo-friendly.

The overall design of your website is good. But to get a higher ranking in Google, you must add more informative content on your homepage/index page. Since your site focus on reading and learning process, you need to provide useful and informative articles, put it on the homepage and highlight some of your major keywords.

Hope this might help you. :D

The site is very nice your only problem is that you are targeting each page to too many keywords. Think of it like reading a book page 1 has information about teaching, cooking, cleaning, DIY etc and the same for the inner page, when someone asks you what the book is about would you be able to answer no. Target each page to 1-2 related keywords and certainly no more than 3, it will then become clear to the search engines what the page is about and will make it easier for them to categorise each page for a keyword/search phrase.

I tried to load your site, but its definitely too slow, and you have so many applications attached like ajax. Your title is also too long, I advice you to make it short and to reduce your images there if your site cannot handle it anymore.

General look

I have only looked at the first page. Quite like the overall design but the rendering of the slogan 'We create the magic of learning' needs to be improved to give the site a more professional image.
