how many text link per article ?
length of article ?
what is the rules we have to fallow while writing an article ?
For how many article directory we have to submit per day ?

well, in writing an article, your topic must be in sense or catchy. Give life to your title and about the body. You must work in introduction, description, expository, and generalization. The best article is in minimum of 500 words.

Your article should be written in simple English and easily understandable my most users. It does not need to be too long but usually recommended no little than 300 words, preferably more around 500 words.

Keyword density: it is always recommended that you should have the main keywords in your title and multiple times in the body of your article.
Link to your site: If you have a website, then you should certainly provide a link back to your site, if this article is about a section inside your site then consider giving the inner link over your homepage.

You should at the most priority submit your article to EzineArticles.com before submitting to any other directory, as it is a good source of traffic. After that you may submit it to other directories for generating backlinks.

has said it all. Just follow his advice and you are good to go.
However if you intend to write a more technical article there are
also slight differences. like the number of times you use a particular
technical keyword. you could at least use the technical term 3 - 5 times in one technical article.... that sort of thing.
