I've used Constant Contact as well and they do provide good service. My only complaint regarding them is the fact that they seem to have a lower threshold for spam complaints. Many e-mail marketing companies seem to use a ratio of 1 spam complaint per 1500 e-mails, but CC uses 1 per thousand. Aside from that, they are a great company with good service.
