After all, google algo changes from time to time and is one of the top secret not known to anyone.

We can just guess and can perform accordingly.

Today Web Site that is ranked # 1 for a particular keyword,can be anywhere in SERPs tomorrow.


If some one is making the comments like - to be # 1 in Google SERPs - is a fake SEO

That's true, no one can guarantee the #1 position in SERP. That's also true that Google algorythm is a big secret. The only thing the most SEO do when they work on site optimization is following certain rules established by Google, that make website position raising in SERP, but it's not necesserely making the site #1

it depend on the keyword you will be giving for your SEO, the higher the competitors the harder it can be to reach the first place of google, so its better to pick your keywords wisely.
